Noah's Ark of the 21st century ZT
Ocean home ... floating city
THIS is one man’s answer to the threat of rising sea levels — a floating city.
The 21st century Noah’s Ark, called a Lilypad, would house 50,000 “climate refugees”.
The island would include a lake, mountains and shops, and drift on ocean currents.
Its designer, Belgian Vincent Callebaut, said: “It creates a harmonious coexistence of humans and nature.”
